Your Satisfaction Matters

At AuthIndisch, every dish is freshly prepared to order. If you are not satisfied with your food, please let us know — we will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Quality Complaints

If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your food, as quality cannot be guaranteed afterwards.

  • Wrong items delivered or served
  • Missing items from your order
  • Food quality not meeting expectations
  • Incorrect allergen information

We will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Online & Pre-Orders

For orders placed online for pickup or delivery:

  • You may cancel free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup/delivery time
  • Cancellations within 1 hour may not be refunded, as preparation may have already started
  • If we are unable to fulfil your order (e.g. sold out or truck unavailable), you will receive a full refund automatically

Catering Bookings

For catering and event bookings:

  • More than 7 days before the event → full refund
  • 3–7 days before → 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days → no refund (due to preparation and ingredient costs)
  • If AuthIndisch cancels → full refund

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method:

  • Card payments → 5–10 business days
  • PayPal → 3–5 business days
  • Cash → refunded at the food truck or via bank transfer

Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

Under German law (§ 312g BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of perishable food. This applies to all freshly prepared meals from AuthIndisch.
